New South Tenor
Branson, Missouri has always been special to Jason Robinson. As achild his family vacationed to Branson annually and he recalls being enamored with the shows they would see. Years later Jason would move to Branson and work for shows such as Lost in the Fifties, Stuck on the Seventies, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat. In 2007 Jason was the lead male vocalist for Country Tonight and is now excited to be the tenor singer for the award winning quartet New South. Jason met his wife, Katie, in the spring of 2003 “doing shows” in Branson and the couple looks forward to many more special years together here.
Jason graduated from Ozark Christian College in Joplin, MO with a Bachelors Degree in Christian Ministry and Psychology and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from John Brown University in Arkansas. Besides performing in Grand Jubilee and New South Gospel, Jason is the Marketing Manager for Grand Country Music Hall.
In his free time Jason enjoys spending time with his family and friends, following politics and anything related to sports. When asked to describe his life, Jason said, “The Lord has blessed me with a wonderful wife, extraordinary children, and a great place to work. There is little more a person could want.” Jason and Katie have three beautiful children, Emerson, Lila and Rowan.
