Heleena Campbell

Box Office & Theatre Group Tour Manager

Heleena grew up all over the country, but called Orlando home for 11 years before moving to Branson in 2002. She said in addition to wanting to remain in the tourism industry, it was the beauty of the area, the friendliness of the people, and the fact she wanted her children to be brought up in the Midwest that brought her to Ozark Mountain Country.

Before coming on board at Grand Country in 2012 , she was an integral part of both The Mansion Theatre and The Oak Ridge Boys Theatre. Heleena was planning to get out of the theater business in 2011, but after meeting with Mike Patrick and Andy Holloway, her mind changed. “They just wouldn’t take no for an answer,” she said. “And I’m glad they didn’t, because they’ve kept their word about everything they promised, and I’ve learned so much over the last two years.”

Heleena’s job at Grand Country involves managing all ticketing, ushering and concession operations, overseeing outside business arrangements with our local ticket vendors and coordinating Group Tours who visit the Music Hall. “My title is Box Office Manager, but that encompasses so many other areas here,” she said. “But I actually like it because I get to learn so many different areas, including group sales. We have a small team that works really well together, so that makes our jobs easier.”

When she isn’t hard at work, she spends time with her three beautiful children, who always keep her busy on and her toes and her spare time full. When she does have some free time, she enjoys curling up with a good book, she really likes inspirational, faith-based and historical books. She also recently discovered the wonderful world of camping, which she loves.
